That includes the interior, wet areas, ventilation and moisture signals, layout function, light, noise, and overall condition.

Outside, we pay close attention to drainage behaviour, slope, access, external condition, structures, fencing, and the feel of the street and surrounds.

For investors, we also call out tenant objections, maintenance triggers, and value-add opportunities that may lift rent and support capital growth.
